Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I'm a Naturopathic Doctor and my practice focuses on thyroid management, pregnancy support, and mental health. So many of the women I work with have fertility issues that are thyroid and/or trauma related. Once we address the root of their concerns, they are able to get pregnant and have a baby! I am fortunate to be able to help clients with their whole journey: helping with fertility to get pregnant, supporting during pregnancy holistically, during labor, and postpartum.

What led you to become a Doula?: My first pregnancy did not go the way I wanted, which birthed my desire to help women have a better experience- one that is peaceful and positive, despite whether the original birth wishes come to fruition or change.
