This contract enables a professional doula to engage the services of a backup doula for coverage of clients during times of unavailability. Details for two different models of engaging backup doula support are outlined in the accompanying document. Instructions on how to implement your preferences in the contract are also included.
This contract can be used as is or edited to suit your particular circumstances. Have it reviewed by your attorney to be sure it suits the laws in your individual state.
The purchaser agrees and understands that the forms and templates purchased as part of the management services are the copyrighted property of ProDoula and shall not be shared by the purchaser with any other entities, partnerships, corporations without the consent of ProDoula.
Purchase includes one download per customer. Download link will appear in your emailed receipt.
