The plan includes ideas for prenatal meetings, reasons and opportunities for virtual support during labor and suggestions for how to best utilize virtual labor support.

This contract and Virtual Labor Support Plan has been created to help you serve clients virtually during the COVID-19 pandemic. This contract can be used as-is or edited to suit your particular circumstances. Have it reviewed by your attorney to be sure it suits the laws in your individual state.

The purchaser agrees and understands that the forms and templates purchased as part of the management services are the copyrighted property of ProDoula and shall not be shared by the purchaser with any other entities, partnerships, corporations without the consent of ProDoula.
