Meet Your ProDoula
Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I had my own home birth with my second child, and the knowledge I gained from the experience as well as with my labor doula training has prepared me to be beneficial to new mothers.
What led you to become a Doula?: During my second pregnancy, I wanted to gain as much knowledge as I could about everything birth. I soon realized it was more than just for my pregnancy, but something I was very passionate about being a part of. After my own home birth it solidified my desire to be a part of the birth work community, and serve families during this transformative part of life.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
I have always been known as the person anyone could talk to when they needed someone. I’ve been told that I go above and beyond to help others when they need it.
