Meet Your ProDoula
Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have always loved providing support for birthing people as well as families in the postpartum period. I am passionate about serving members of marginalized communities and believe everyone deserves support during birth and in the period after. I am bilingual- English and American Sign Language. I am the mother of two and auntie and friend to many. Within these roles I have experience in hospital birth, home birth, and postpartum care.
What led you to become a Doula?: Bringing a new baby into a family is a magical time. It is also a vulnerable time. Supporting birthing people and families truly speaks to my heart and soul.
