Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Having recently completed my four-year journey in midwifery school, I am fully equipped with the skills and dedication needed to support families. I am an Elite Certified Labor Doula and Vbac Specialist.
What led you to become a Doula?: During my time in midwifery school, I continued to work to support myself. I have a strong passion for the birthing community, and offering doula support allowed me to assist families while pursuing my studies. This experience has deepened my appreciation for the work I do.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
One common observation about me is that I tend to have a calming effect in any space, even amidst chaos. This aligns with the role of doulas, as we create a supportive environment, reduce fear, and instill confidence in families.
