To apply for a position as an independent contractor and/or employee with our agency, please email us the following:

• An introductory email expressing interest in working with us
• Proof of training or a copy of your certification
• Proof of First Aid/CPR certification
• Proof of liability insurance
• Your resume or CV
• Proof of legal business structure (LLC, DBA, Sole Proprietorship, etc.)
