Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have worked with so many different families background. As a highly experienced Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, my expertise extends beyond lactation support and sleep training. I am skilled in establishing and maintaining routines for newborns, providing soothing techniques for fussy babies, and ensuring that they're is comfortable and well-rested. I have extensive experience in managing colic, reflux, and other common newborn issues, and can also assist with introducing play and providing tummy time. I am knowledgeable in creating a stimulating environment for the baby's development and can offer guidance on how to foster healthy and age-appropriate growth. I also have experience with surrogate babies.

What led you to become a Doula?: My passion for babies. When I’m near babies my stress goes away. Babies brings me joys and happiness. Also, I was alone without family when I had my two babies. It was a tough time without any support. So, today I tried to make sure the new moms were feeling well, supportive, confident and happy with the new baby.
