Meet Your ProDoula
Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I used to teach preschool and led a middle school youth group. I am good with children and experienced in mentoring. Those experiences are a huge part of my passion for serving others.
What led you to become a Doula?: Ever since I became pregnant with my first child, birth has been a passion and fascination of mine. I experience two different births; one with little support from my care provider, and one where I felt fully supported by my birth team. That lit a fire in me to support other women in labor, and help them achieve the birth they hope for.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
I have been told that I am fun, kind and gentle. In regards to my business that I have been referred to as sweet and passionate.
