Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I am a mother to a beautiful little girl. I have been working alongside a physical therapist and have learned more about pelvic health and the importance oh having a supportive team in your birth and postpartum journey.
What led you to become a Doula?: After my personal experience, I knew I wanted to do something to help other families during their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum period.
