Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: As a mom of four, I have gathered from my own experiences and sharing in the experiences of loved ones, the many variables that affect all areas around pregnancy, labor, birth, post partum & all of the adjustments birthing individuals and families go through.

What led you to become a Doula?: Preparing for our first pregnancy and birth opened my mind to consider so many different variables that affect choices, outcomes, experiences. Having the beautiful, empowering support of a doula with my first breathed into me a dream to pursue one day and after more than 10 years I am so thrilled to step into this space for others.
