Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I’m a mother of 3 children and a prenatal yoga teacher.
What led you to become a Doula?: After I had my first baby I realized there was a gap between what I expected motherhood to be like and the reality. I spent years supporting families (my family, friends, and members of the non-profit I ran) with new babies.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
My yoga students tell me I’m a good teacher. My doula clients tell me I’m a good cheerleader.
