Meet Your ProDoula
Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have been working with Women and Children for over 15 years in many capacities. I have been a wealth of knowledge of birth, labor, and postpartum care. I am a mother of 5 beautiful girls of which there is a set of triplets.
What led you to become a Doula?: I have had a passion for birth work since I was in high school. At the time, I wanted to go to college for Physician's Assistant specializing in neonatal care. My life took a bit of a turn and I became a Social Worker instead. In my work as a Social Worker, I have worked with many pregnant women, infants and toddlers. My passion is to help foster the bond between parent and baby.
