Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Being the eldest of 4 girls, I have been around children my whole life and I have loved working with them. I have been babysitting for 12 years, and I really enjoyed making connections with the families I worked with. I have a passion for every woman to know that she is beautiful and worth it. Even though I have no children of my own yet, I love helping mothers with their babies and give them an extra hand and a listening ear.
What led you to become a Doula?: My love for children and mothers led my friend to tell my about what a Doula does, and I knew that that was what I was called to do. I am someone who my clients can trust to be in their corner rooting for them 24/7. Whether its with helping with the baby, giving the most up to date information on products, cleaning the dishes, or giving comfort and assurance to my clients, I am happy to partner with them for all of it.
