Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Having two children of my own, and also watching so many of my friends have children, made me realize how crucial and emotional those first few months after birth are. My degree is in Elementary Education, and having briefly been in the classroom, I know how overwhelming parenting can be for all ages. It truly takes a village. You'll truly become a part of my family. If I don't know the answer, we'll work together to find it, and enjoy the process along the way. "That's the real trouble with the world. What led you to become a Doula?: Danielle Kestenberg CD-PIC, sees the early postpartum period as an extension of pregnancy and birth. This time commonly goes without support and, recognizing this herself with her own 2 births, she wanted that to change. Her passion for the birthing experience led her to form a team of Doulas who also treasure those precious postpartum moments.
