Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting many family members and friends through their own births, providing encouragement and guidance every step of the way. This hands-on experience has given me valuable insight into the emotional and physical needs of birthing individuals. Additionally, I’ve served as a client advocate at a local pregnancy resource center, where I helped educate expectant mothers and ensure they had access to essential resources for both mom and baby. These experiences have deepened my passion for birth work and have equipped me with the empathy, knowledge, and practical skills necessary to support others in their birth journeys.

What led you to become a Doula?: After experiencing my own pregnancy, losses, and birth journeys, I became deeply curious about how the female body and mind function during such transformative times. In my quest for knowledge, I never realized that this curiosity could evolve into a career. Once I discovered the role of a doula and the support they provide, I felt an immediate connection and started researching how I could pursue this path myself. I truly believe that becoming a doula is a calling for me, and I'm passionate about supporting others through their own journeys with compassion, care, and knowledge.

What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:

Those around me often mention being drawn to my calming and nurturing presence. They’ve shared that I have a way of cultivating an environment of peace, love, and freedom, free of judgment.
