Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: My background experience comes from having 2 children of my own but also comes from helping my close family and friends with issues they have had during pregnancy and after giving birth. It definitely comes naturally to me!
What led you to become a Doula?: I’ve had an interest & passion for breastfeeding ever since I had my first child in 2016! I never really had the opportunity to pursue a career as a birth worker until my community opened up a new full scope birth center (Lakeview Women’s center) where doulas are welcomed with open arms!
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
I’ve been told before that I have so much compassion & integrity! I will go above & beyond to help others any chance I get!
