Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have two children of my own. One birth I had no support or information to guide me through the birth and many things happened that I now know I had a choice. My second birth I had a doula and it was a night and day experience from the first. Knowing how much I was helped made me want to do that for others.
What led you to become a Doula?: Struggles with my first birth and an amazingly different birth with a doula by myside.
