Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Hello, My name Is Estelle; I'm just in the beginning years of my birthing supporter journey. I currently am an EMT and student, and mother. I'm currently enrolled at Clark College in Vancouver was obtaining my AA in pre-nursing then with hopes to move on to Birthingway school of midwifery or OSHU to get a DNP of midwifery. In my free time, I enjoy reading books to expand my knowledge, as well as take new classes to better support clients in my community
What led you to become a Doula?: After discovering I come from a line of strong women known in their community as midwives, I started this journey after discovering I come from a line of strong women known in their community. Helping women in their local area, offering them support and guidance. I want to continue this calling in my community today.
