What led you to become a Doula?: I’ve always been interested in childbirth. I hired a doula when I had my first baby, and her steady support helped my to have an empowering birth in spite of a difficult labor. I want other parents to experience the kind of support that I received.

That I have a steady, calming presence. I’m knowledgeable about birth and technical terms. I’m supportive and not judgmental.
