Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Mom, babysitter, daycare employee, support person for family members after childbirth, before knowing what a doula was.
What led you to become a Doula?: I always wanted to be an OBGYN, but after the traumatic birth of my son, I knew being a midwife was my calling. Being a doula is a stepping stone because it’ll allow me to better support my patients in the future.
