Meet Your ProDoula

Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: My passion above and beyond birth work is in wellness and yoga in particular. I am a registered yoga teacher who specializes and in prenatal yoga. My experience with prenatal yoga can not only help the body throughout pregnancy but prepare for birth as well!

What led you to become a Doula?: My own birth grew my passion for birth work! Through my own experiences, I realized that not every women has felt informed and empowered and nurtured through their birth experience and I can't wait to change that for so many other women!
