Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: My mission is to facilitate a conscious connection to your birthing journey. With an extensive background spanning over a decade in healthcare, with a specific focus on women's health and conception, paired with years immersed in the study of birth, my journey has evolved into a passionate exploration of the entire birthing process from preconception to postpartum.

What led you to become a Doula?: Throughout my tenure, I experienced a profound paradigm shift, transcending the clinical and delving into the spiritual. This moment ignited a deep connection to the sacred initiation and an enhanced reverence for the inherent strength within every woman. Often, individuals adopt the stories and perspectives of others, leading to a shift in their mindset and ultimately shaping an experience that differs from what they might have encountered had they been more attuned to their own selves I perceive each birth as a sacred ceremony—a powerful rite of passage that connects you to the cosmic forces of source creation. This perspective creates a container so that you feel supported and empowered in all of the components of preconception, pregnancy, birth and beyond.
