Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I am a pre-medical student interested in becoming an obgyn. I have a one year old girl who motivates me to work hard in school and as a doula.
What led you to become a Doula?: When I had my baby girl, I felt like I wasn’t being listened to by hospital staff. I wanted to pursue birth work so that pregnant people feel educated and empowered in making choices for themselves.
