Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: My work in women's wellness began in 2004 teaching prenatal and postnatal fitness & yoga classes. Over the years I branched out into childbirth education, doula services, fertility awareness and menstrual cycle awareness & education.
What led you to become a Doula?: I've always had a passion for supporting women, birthwork is an extension of my work with women.
