Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I began my professional career as a teacher and from there knew my passion had to be a career involved with helping and supporting others. I am so excited to now be serving my community as a labor doula!
What led you to become a Doula?: I have always had a love for biology and while I enjoyed teaching biology I wanted to be more immersed in the action hands on. I love seeing how birthing people can trust their bodies to know what to do and listen to its signals.
