Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: Working as a mental health advocate in the military, it is often unspoken of the mental journey with bringing a new child into your lives. I've worked with families in all facets of life including postpartum to give me a glimpse into life after baby.
What led you to become a Doula?: Feeling incredibly empowered through my own pregnancy I started an immense about of research into the birth world leading me to find my very own doula who is a ProDoula herself. She inspired me, brought my family an overwhelming sense of comfort, and really set us on the right path to becoming first time parents.
What are some positive comments made about you by other people?:
Some positive comments I’ve often heard is that I go out of my way to make the ones I care about happy, and that once I have my mind set on something I don’t let anything get in my way.
