Background/Experience that you think is beneficial to Doula work: I have been around babies all my life. I have worked in nurseries and have babysat growing up. As a mom, I can relate to what new parents are thinking, feeling and experiencing.
What led you to become a Doula?: I believe it was the moment that I saw my very first video of a birth when I was 8 years old. I didn't get grossed out. I began screaming out tips to help improve comfort. From then on I knew this was what I was meant to do.
