Hello Birth professional!

Hello fellow birth workers! At Princeton Doulas, we work with families from conception, through pregnancy, and into the transition of new parenthood. We encourage families to become educated so that they can make decisions that match their needs best. As their educator/doula/support person our role is to ensure every family is taken care of from the human side. Do they feel prepared? Do they feel heard? Do they feel respected? Our team is equipped to customize care for whatever stage of the process our families are in. We are active listeners. We are educators. We are professionals. We have a network of resources to connect our families with, when we don’t have the appropriate background or training needed. But most of all, we care. We seek to understand what is important to our clients, so that we can provide them the type of care that is most needed for them, at that moment. We recognize that needs can change frequently, and suddenly, and we hold space for those shifts to take place. Princeton Doulas is in high demand, and we are looking for quality, passionate birth workers to join our team to enhance the prenatal and postpartum experience of the families we serve in Central NJ and Bucks County PA.
