Hello Birth & Postpartum Doulas,

THE VERY BEST DOULAS are based in Washington State in the Pacific Northwest. We support families across 5 counties: Whatcom, Skagit, Island, Snohomish and N. King. We are invested in helping families navigate their birthing choices, labor support, and postpartum care exactly where they are at.

WE ARE ACTIVELY HIRING TEAM MEMBERS – Birth & Postpartum Doulas who believe in family building in all of it’s diversity, who identify as self-aware, compassionate professionals leading with evidence-based information and individualized client-centered support?

OUR CLIENTS are absolutely amazing, and come from many different walks of life, sometimes different countries, beliefs systems and personal birthing philosophies.

WE ARE SEEKING – Doulas, and those desiring to become Doulas who have the skills, experience and understanding of actively listening, respecting and honoring the client’s voice and personal experiences in their own birth and recovery journey? We would love it if you also have a desire to grow in the birth industry, and be sought after by our clients over and over again as their highly regarded professional expert – LETS CHAT if this might be you!

BIRTH DOULAs – you would be working in a team of 2 on a shared call schedule
POSTPARTUM DOULAs – Day time shifts are 6hrs. Night time shifts are 8-10hrs
*All team members are independent contractor with 1099’s
