THE PRODOULA TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT TEAM MET IN ORLANDO, FL LAST MONTH!
ProDoula’s training manuals are re-researched and rewritten every 5 years to incorporate new evidence-based information as it becomes available. In 2024, we made revisions during our trainer’s training, and this year, we revised our trainings and implemented the updated versions.
The new manuals are here and we can’t wait to share them with you!
Have you already taken a ProDoula training?
When you pay for your ProDoula doula training and membership, you are paying for lifetime learning! Our alumni program entitles you to re-attend a training in the same modality that you’ve previously attended at no additional cost to you.
The ProDoula team is ready to take your education to new heights!
Check out our website for upcoming ProDoula trainings or contact us to bring a training to a city near you.
YOU TOLD US THAT YOU WERE FOCUSED ON
THIRD-PARTY REIMBURSEMENT ✔️
One of our greatest strengths at ProDoula is our ability to listen to our membership and adapt our programs and processes to meet your needs!
You’ve shared that third-party reimbursement is a priority, and we’re responding by offering a clear path to certification that aligns with Carrot’s requirements.
Did you know cross-certification is available for doulas looking to meet third-party guidelines and maximize opportunities?
Cross Certification offers the opportunity to doulas trained by other organizations to earn their certification through ProDoula to meet these requirements.
NEW ON THE DOULA LEARNING CHANNEL!
Do you have the balls? This course equips doulas with practical skills to safely and effectively use labor balls. Through instructional images and videos, you’ll learn how to assess and recognize when to use birth-physio, and peanut balls to bring comfort to clients during labor.
Created by educator, Dana Hansbury, this course is now available on the Doula Learning Channel!

PRODOULAS MAKING A DIFFERENCE!
Are you prepared to step up as a resource when your community needs you?
In the devastating aftermath of Hurricane Helene, that is exactly what Kelly Rutan and Heather Clements of Doulas of Raleigh are doing. Doulas of Raleigh is collecting a variety of supplies for the Diaper Bank of North Carolina to benefit Western North Carolina families who have been impacted by Hurricane Helene. Nothing can erase the heartbreak and destruction caused by this hurricane, but having access to basic necessities like diapers and formula can make a meaningful difference for families navigating these unimaginable circumstances.
