Danyale Washington, based in the Chicagoland Area, has spent over a decade supporting families through the postpartum period and beyond. Her journey into the doula profession began with a passion for childcare and a desire to fill the “gaps” many families experience. Over the years, she witnessed firsthand how consistent, informed support during the critical postpartum period deeply influences family health and connection. This inspired her to become a postpartum doula, where her communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and empathy make a profound impact.

As a doula trainer, Danyale is dedicated to creating inclusive, empowering learning spaces. She takes a mentorship-driven approach, ensuring doulas feel supported long after their certification.
