With a background in early childhood education, Rachel studied Art Education at the Massachusetts College of Art & Design. Rachel brings creativity, empathy, and expertise to her work with expecting families. As a Childbirth, Newborn Care and Infant Feeding Educator Rachel offers full-spectrum care to meet the diverse needs of every family she supports. Her philosophy centers on unbiased, evidence-based information, ensuring parents feel empowered and confident in their journey from pregnancy through postpartum.

Rachel is not just a trusted professional; she’s also a mom to a vibrant 9-year-old daughter. Her experiences as a mother and part of a military family has given her a deep understanding of the unique challenges many families face. Beyond her passion for birth work, Rachel enjoys rock climbing, Pilates, reading, and baking, which help her stay grounded and energized for her clients.
